How to translate your MSDS?In order to meet our quality standards, we apply a strict translation procedure involving the following steps:
Workflow DetailsEach project is assigned to a project manager (PM) who, in collaboration with the client, outlines the project specifications. A quality assurance team composed of the translator and a proofreader doubly ensures that the final product meets our quality standards. Each translation is re-checked and validated by a senior translator or language supervisor, before final delivery to client. Updating the multilingual content of your MSDSTranslating your MSDS implies regularly updating its content in all languages supported. Our method allows to provide fast and cost-effective updates on an as-needed basis. We assign a project manager who performs this otherwise time-consuming task for you. The use of state-of-the-art translation memory tools allows us to timely and cost-effectively update the content of your MSDS. This is because your MSDSs are mirrored on our systems. Every time you need to update a particular MSDS, you can just send an e-mail to your project manager stating the page(s) that has/have been updated. The updated content will be sent to you in the correct delivery format. |
